LISBON — A March 14 pretrial was set in county Municipal Court for Richard Lawrence Bennett, 27, Chester, W.Va., charged with OVI second offense, marked lanes and a seat belt violation.

Russell H. Ryman Jr., 58, Hookstown, Pa., signed a waiver of extradition so he can be returned to Pennsylvania where he faces charges of DUI – third offense.

Stephanie Wengryn, 36, Alexandria, Va., was fined $250, had her license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for reckless operation amended from OVI first offense.

David L. McKinnon, 28, Globe Street, East Liverpool, was fined $150 and credited with a day in jail for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for assaulting his stepfather John LeClair by punching him in the head and beating him on the legs and arms on Aug. 5.

A March 21 pretrial was set for Brandon Hacker, 26, Jimtown Road, East Palestine, charged with falsification for allegedly telling police his sister picked him up and took him to Walmart during the time a vehicle was stolen from East Palestine, when he gave the wrong last name for his sister and she told police she had not seen him from a couple days prior to the theft.

Wayne Thomas Kaminski, 44, Old state Route 558, Salem, was fined $200 for disorderly conduct and reckless operation amended for failure to comply for his actions when police attempted to explain to him he could not drive in the manner he was driving on school property on Aug. 22.

Edward G. Jackson III, 35, Clarksville, Pa., was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.

Pedro Thomas Bartolo, 33, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $80 for failure to control and no license.

A March 12 pretrial was set for Bill C. Weyand, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, cited with driving under suspension.

Daniel L. Mason, 37, Youngstown, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.

Dale Coppock, 52, state Route 154, Rogers, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.

Kyle J. Pierson, 26, Dogwood Trail, Alliance, was fined $50 for open container.
