LISBON — A 14-year-old and two 16-year-old East Palestine girls were cited in county Juvenile Court after allegedly being found at the East Liverpool Motor Lodge property on Jan. 7. Additionally, one of the 16-year-old girls was cited with violating the terms of her community control for failing to follow her court ordered term of release that she be on absolute home confinement on Jan. 15.

A 13-year-old East Liverpool girl was cited with violating the terms of her probation after allegedly leaving the house without a known destination when she was told by her probation officer she was not to go anywhere except school; not charging her ankle monitor leaving her whereabouts unknown on Jan. 29 and Jan. 30, when she missed counseling appointments.

A 17-year-old Southern Local boy was cited with violating the terms of his probation for reportedly being suspended from high school for 10 days for yelling and swearing at the principal and the teacher, as well as testing positive for marijuana on Jan. 29.

A 16-year-old East Liverpool boy was cited with violating the terms of his probation after allegedly admitting he would fail a random drug test for marijuana and stating in court he had smoked marijuana on Jan. 25.

A 17-year-old Jefferson City chid was cited after allegedly testing positive for marijuana on Jan. 27.

A 17-year-old girl from an unknown school district from the Ashtabula area was cited after leaving the Sharon Lynn Home in Salem on Jan. 19 without permission and failing to return.

A 13-year-old East Liverpool child was cited with violating the terms of probation for allegedly being truant from school 13 times between Dec. 19 and Jan. 15.
