LISBON — Donovan T. Roessler, 27, South Main Street, Columbiana, pleaded guilty to failure to notify the sheriff of a change of address. Roessler is required to register his address following a gross sexual imposition conviction in Mahoning County in 2011. He faces up to three years in prison and a $10,000 fine. Sentencing is set for March 29.
John M. Poling, 39, Deming Street, Salem, was sentenced to 180 days in jail and credited with 16 days served. He had previously pleaded guilty to domestic violence for harming Beth Hale on Nov. 21, 2017.
Arthur J. Gingher, 48, Hoffmeister Road, Petersburg, was placed on four years community control for receiving stolen property. The community control will include up to six months at the Eastern Ohio Correction Center in Wintersville. Between April 10 and April 11, 2017, Gingher had a Home Savings Bank debit card belonging to Robert Urgitus.
Brandon Scot Moore, 24, Depot Road, Salem, was sentenced to nine months in prison for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. Moore had sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old when he was 22-years-old on July 16, 2017. He will be required to register as a Tier II sexual offender.
