EAST LIVERPOOL — In Municipal Court Wednesday, Clinton W. Wright, 31, Skyview Circle, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days, 150 suspended, for each of two counts of violating a protection order. A restitution hearing was set Feb. 13.

James E. Evans Jr., 27, Sprucevale Road, had a domestic violence charge amended to disorderly conduct, for which he was fined $250, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, with credit given for three days served, and placed on probation three years.

A charge of leaving the scene of an accident was amended to failure to report an accident against Debra A. Mazza, 55, Richardson Avenue, who was fined $150.

Cathy L. Dickson, 50, Saint John Street, was found guilty and assessed costs only for expired operator’s license. She now has a temporary permit and was to take her driver’s test the day of her court appearance.

A charge of leaving the scene was amended to failure to yield against Angius M. Payne, 20, Fairview Park, who was fined $100.

Megan N. Stofen, 24, Steubenville, was fined $35 for fictitious plates.

A trial was set Jan. 22 for Zak Birkhimer, 18, Etruria Street, charged with driving alone on a permit, amended from no operator’s license, defective exhaust, cracked windshield and possession of marijuana.

Second arraignments were set for Deborah L. Frye, 60, Jennings Avenue, charged with OVI and failure to signal, Jan. 16; and Susan R. Murphy, 60, Johnson Road, Chester, W.Va., no operator’s license, Jan. 29.

Pretrials were scheduled for Benjamin R. Cunningham, 18, Parkway, charged with two counts of violating a protection order, Jan. 16; Brad J. Kaminski, 20, West Ninth Street, 12 counts of criminal damaging, Jan. 10; and Samantha J. Howell, 25, North Shady Lane, driving under suspension, third offense, and fictitious plates, Feb. 21.
