EAST LIVERPOOL — In East Liverpool Municipal Court Monday, a second arraignment was scheduled for Nov. 28 for Cagney A. Springer, 29, Anderson Avenue, Wellsville, who faces a charge of violating a protection order and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Bond was set at $15,000 cash surety or 10-percent. Under the terms of the bond, Springer is to have no contact with Serena Miller, and is not to possess or own any firearms or ammunition. During the hearing, Springer was removed from the courtroom for being aggressive, as Springer reportedly would not sit down and used an obscenity in court.

William T. Shafer, 68, Glasgow Road, Lisbon, was fined $150 and was sentenced to 10 days in jail for disorderly conduct/intoxication.

A second arraignment date was scheduled for Dec. 7 for Jeffrey L. McKinnon, 40, Independence Square, Wellsville, for a charge of no operator’s license (amended from the original charge of driving under suspension).

A Dec. 13 pretrial was set for Tyler M. Quimby, 21, Lisbon Street, East Liverpool, who pleaded not guilty to OVI and no operator’s license. Quimby was released on $15,000 bond. Under the terms of the bond, Quimby is not to operate a motor vehicle, and cannot possess or consume alcohol.

A Dec. 13 pretrial was set for Chelsey D. Beebout, 30, Oakwood Street, East Liverpool, who pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct and open container. Bond was set at $2,500 cash surety or 10-percent.

Kylie Kreefer, 22, Kings Ridge Road, East Liverpool, was fined $50 for intoxication.

A review continuance was scheduled for Dec. 7 for Christopher L. Joy, 33, 18th Street, Wellsville, in order to pay fines in relation to a possession of marijuana conviction.

A second arraignment date was scheduled for Dec. 21 for Angela L. Craft, 44, Penn Avenue, East Liverpool, who faces a charge of driving under suspension (license forfeiture), amended from the original charge of driving under suspension.

Ronald P. Sluss Jr., 39, Ridge Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $150 had his driver’s license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana.

A Dec. 11 trial date was set for William R. Potts, 29, Idaho Avenue, East Liverpool, who pleaded not guilty to failure to control and possession marijuana.

Thomas E. Gough, 22, Lisbon Street, East Liverpool, was fined $500 for driving under suspension (non-compliance)

A Nov. 21 pretrial was set for Paul W. Manbeck, 30, Cadmus Street, East Liverpool, who pleaded not guilty to domestic violence. Bond was set at $10,000 cash surety or 10 percent. Under the terms of the bond, he is to have no contact with Tiffany Manbeck, cannot possess or own any firearms or ammunition, and must provide a new address before posting bond.

A second arraignment date was scheduled for Nov. 30 for Robert B. Owned II, 26, Gaddes Avenue, who faces a charge of red light in a school zone.
