LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court Keelie L. Wright, 20, East Washington Street, Lisbon, was bound over to the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury for a felonious assault charge. Wright is accused of stabbing Christian Perrin in his neck, shoulder and hand during an argument on Oct. 20. Wright waived her right to a preliminary hearing and bond remains set at $75,000 cash or surety.

Deidre J. Mitchell, 47, Teegarden Road, Lisbon, was fined $725, had her license suspended for a year, sentenced to three days in jail and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and failure to control.

A Dec. 18 pretrial was set for Jeffery Allen Dyke, 24, South Freedom Avenue, Alliance, cited with OVI first offense and restricted tinted glass.

A Nov. 5 pretrial was set for Victoria M. Doughty, 28, East Rebecca Street, East Palestine, charged with domestic violence, possession of a dangerous drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. Doughty allegedly struck Cassie Nalley in the face while trying to grab Nalley’s phone away and when she was taken into custody she reportedly had a short plastic straw, which appeared to have residue inside, a Prozac capsule also in her pocket.

A Nov. 1 pretrial was set for Patrick S. Murphy, 34, last known address Clark Avenue, Wellsville, charged with domestic violence for allegedly grabbing two knives and threatening to harm Kimberly Martin during an argument on Friday.

Jesse J. Aliff, 35, South Sycamore Street, Alliance, was fined $300, credited with eight days in jail and required 40 hours community service for fictitious plates, driving under suspension and assault for getting on top of George Kress, who was on his hands and knees working on his deck, and hitting Kress in the head on Sept. 21, 2017.

A Nov. 5 pretrial was set for Paris L. Lotze, 26, Crestview Road, Leetonia, charged with four counts of theft for allegedly shoplifting at the Salem Walmart during April 2018. Lotze allegedly took various video games and DVDs totaling, $416 on April 11; $257 on April 12; $268 on April 21; and $219 on April 28.

A Nov. 5 pretrial was set for Roy O. Moffett III, 23, Union Ridge Road, Negley, charged with domestic violence for allegedly punching his grandfather, Roy Moffett Sr., in the arm and spitting in his face on Oct. 22.

A Jan. 17 pretrial was set for Geri Dean Lewis, 34, Church Street, Salineville, charged with two counts of permitting trash on premises and once citation for theft for allegedly shoplifting $31 in food from Dollar General in Salineville on Aug. 5. The trash citations were issued in Oct. 5, 2018 and July 7, 2016

A Jan. 8 pretrial was set for Tracy L. Swinehart, 46, Pittsburgh Street, Columbiana, charged with theft for allegedly being paid $810 by numerous businesses to pay for the newspapers they received, but only turning over to her employer, the Morning Journal, the checks and not the cash for these accounts on Aug. 27.

A Jan. 7 pretrial was set for Lee T. Knight, 22, West Lincoln Way, Lisbon, charged with falsification for allegedly filing a report claiming a child stole his vehicle from a state Route 154 address on Oct. 13, then on Oct. 24 admitting he let the child use the vehicle and the child dropped him off at a Bacon Avenue, East Palestine, address.

Cristina Arnette, 25, Commerce Street, Wellsville, was fined $100 and credited with a day in jail for persistent disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for pushing her husband, Jacob Arnette on Aug. 13.

A Jan. 10 pretrial was set for Kristin K. Englert, 47, Oak Street, Salem, charged with obstructing official business for allegedly telling police she did not know who was driving her car, but admitting she struck the telephone pole; refusing to produce her driver’s license and refusing to move from the vehicle so the crash on South Broadway in Salem could be investigated on Sunday.

A Jan. 10 pretrial was set for David Reeger, 33, Church Street, Salineville, cited with driving under at 12-point suspension.

A Nov. 5 pretrial was set for Douglas E. Lewis, 62, North Market Street, East Palestine, was cited with driving under a 12-point suspension.

A Jan. 3 pretrial was set for Sharron Jeaentta Winphrie, 36, Youngstown, cited with driving under suspension and a seat belt violation.

A Dec. 18 pretrial was set for Kayla A. Turner, 24, Youngstown-Pittsburgh Road, Petersburg, charged with passing bad checks for allegedly writing a dishonored $15 check to the Columbiana County Clerk of Courts on July 2.

Amanda L. Erdel, 28, North Pearl Street, Columbiana, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.

Renzo Luis Diaz Ramirez, 37, Vine Street, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for speeding.

Thomas Aaron Cholewinski, 21, Rochester, Pa., was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.

Jeffrey P. Mason, 50, East Lincoln Way, Lisbon, was fined $100 for lighted lights required amended from a traffic control device violation.

A Jan. 14 pretrial was set for Rachel A. Wilson, 25, 16 School Road, Wellsville, cited with failure to stop for a stopped school bus.
