LISBON — In Common Pleas Court Clarence A. McCune Jr., 23, Beaver, Pa., stipulated to violating the terms of his intervention in lieu of conviction. He was placed on community control for his breaking and entering conviction and sentenced to 60 days in the county jail with credit for 26 days served.
In August of 2015, McCune broke into a Park Boulevard home in East Liverpool and stole copper lines and drain lines to sell at a scrap yard.
