EAST LIVERPOOL — In Municipal Court Monday, Gregory A. Todd, 41, Youngstown, was fined $250 for driving under suspension and $30 for marked lanes.
Elizabeth L. Neville, 55, Drain Street, was fined $250 for no operator’s license.
Benjamin J. Grimes, 45, New Cumberland, W.Va., was fined $50, each, on two counts of expired license.
Joseph D. Lawson, 42, Gaddes Street, was fined $40 for speeding, second offense.
Shannon M. Johnson, 37, McDonald Street, was fined $35 for a stop sign violation.
A driving under suspension charge against Bradley M. McKenzie, 37, Chester Street, was amended to no operator’s license, with a trial set Sept. 26.
A preliminary hearing was set Sept. 13 for Homer E. Williams Jr., 58, First Avenue, charged with domestic violence. His bond was set at $150,000 cash/surety, and he was ordered to have no contact with Jackie Hayes and her granddaughter or family members and to neither own nor possess firearms nor ammunition.
A preliminary hearing was set Sept. 13 for Craig A. Baker, 36, homeless, whose bond was set at $20,000 cash/surety.
A trial was set Sept. 25 for Scott D. Deitch II, 22, Chester Avenue, Wellsville, charged with no seat belt.
Pretrials were scheduled for Cierra L. Whaley, 27, Almont Street, charged with obstructing official business, Sept. 11; and for Carol A. McClellan-Wright, 52, Grove Alley, charged with OVI, failure to control and open container in a motor vehicle.
