LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Cody Andrew McClain, 24, Carrollton, was bound over to the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury on charges of domestic violence and aggravated menacing. The domestic violence charge was for jumping on top of Melody Reynolds, choking her, hitting her in the face and hitting her with his knee in the back and the ribs several times. The aggravated menacing charge was for allegedly grabbing a pair of scissors and coming at Reynolds in a threatening manner, while telling her he was going to murder her and bury her in the pits on June 20. The two were reportedly staying in the Travelers Inn, state Route 45, Lisbon, at the time of the alleged offenses.

Trevor Obrian Barr, 23, England Drive, East Palestine, was fined $705, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 20 hours community service for OVI first offense and speeding.

Christopher S. Chadwick, 42, Avondale Street, East Liverpool, was fined $725, had his license suspended for three years, required 40 hours community service and sentenced to 75 days in jail for OVI first offense and failure to control.

Ronald P. Venezia Jr., 41, state Route 45, Lisbon, was fined $350, had his license suspended for a year, ordered to attend a three-day counseling program and required 40 hours community service for speeding and reckless operation amended from OVI first offense.

Christi L. Boyer, 33, Pine Hollow Road, Rogers, was fined $250, had her license suspended for 180 days, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for failure to stop after an accident.

An Oct. 9 pretrial was set for Matthew S. Wolford, 34, Water Street, Salineville, cited with OVI second offense and failure to control.

Rebecca S. Dickey, 48, Chestnut Street, Leetonia, was fined $300, credited with seven days served and sentenced to 23 additional days in jail for resisting arrest and assault amended from felonious assault for kicking police in the leg, attempting to bite the officer and hitting him with her fists on Aug. 4.

An Oct. 1 pretrial was set for Abbey L. Vanhorn, 19, Lower Elkton Road, Columbiana, charged with domestic violence for allegedly hitting her father, Jason Vanhorn in the face with a box with belongings inside it and attempted to strike him several times while yelling at him outside the house on Tuesday.

Robert Lee Harris Jr., 47, West Portsmouth, was fined $230 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension and traffic control device violation.

An Oct. 1 pretrial was set for Kimberly Irene Edie, 26, South Lundy Avenue, Salem, cited with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. On Thursday Edie allegedly had a small plastic bag containing an unknown white substance found by K-9 Argo during a traffic stop and on July 23, Edie allegedly had a device for inhaling marijuana.

Jamie D. Chacaltana, 33, Roller Coaster Road, Lisbon, was fined $250, credited with two days served in jail and required 40 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from assault for striking her ex-boyfriend, Christopher McIntosh across the left side of his face with her hand on May 8.

Christopher A. Eakles, was fined $100, credited with three days in jail and required 20 hours community service for obstructing official business for attempting to climb through a rear window of an East Taggart Street, East Palestine, home on Oct. 5 while police were serving a search warrant and had made everyone stand outside.

Michelle E. Fisher, 31, 18th Street, Wellsville, was credited with a day served, ordered to serve an additional five days in jail, fined $200 and required 20 hours community service for domestic violence for punching and hitting her 10-year-old son on Dec. 31, 2017.

An Aug. 30 pretrial was set for Misty L. Tice, 35, Anderson Avenue, Wellsville, charged with aggravated menacing for allegedly sending threatening text messages on July 12 to Misty Taylor regarding harming Taylor and her teenage daughter.

A Nov. 6 pretrial was set for Delaney M. Brown, 25, Pine Street, Leetonia, cited with open container in a motor vehicle.

Jason R. Lippiatt, 38, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $330 for a stop sign violation and two counts of driving under suspension.

A Nov. 6 pretrial was set for Jack W. Meier Jr., 27, Waynewood Drive, New Waterford, cited with driving under suspension.

Devon Hall, 19, Calcutta-SmithFerry Road, East Liverpool, was fined $50 for driving under suspension.

An Oct. 15 pretrial was set for Jordan S. Bell, 28, Pine Street, Leetonia, cited with driving without a valid license.

Laura A. Nurmi, 35, Chester, W.Va., was fined $280 and required 20 hours community service for no license and speeding.

A driving under suspension citation against Lacey Renee Collins, 31, Goshen Road, Salem, was dismissed due to an insurance error.

An Oct. 1 pretrial was set for Taylor Laine West, 21, West Salem Street, Columbiana, cited with possession of drug paraphernalia for a digital scale and several small plastic bags with white residue allegedly found in the vehicle by K-9 Argo in Salem Thursday.

Da’zia A. Harris, 20, Pike Street, Alliance, was fined $150 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension.

A Nov. 8 pretrial was set for Chad Vance Lang Jr., 24, U.S. Route 30, Hanoverton, cited with possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia, failure to stop after an accident, no motorcycle endorsement, failure to control and helmet required for temporary permit.

Mitzi Sue Stoddard, 29, Lincoln Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $230 and required 30 hours community service for driving under suspension and speeding.

A Nov. 6 pretrial was set for John Wayne Shasteen II, 35, state Route 9, Hanoverton, charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly behaving turbulently on Aug. 16.
