LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Gary L. Dickens, 63, Herbster Street, Columbiana, was fined $900, sentenced 20 days jail, placed on two years probation, had his driver’s license suspended 36 months and required 30 hours community service for OVI second offense and marked lanes.

Anthony J. Angellone, 21, Sprucevale Road, East Liverpool, theft case dismissed.

Beth Gibson, 59, Brookdale Avenue, East Palestine, was fined $30 for speeding.

Ralph A. Ammon Jr., 40, state Route 39, Wellsville, was fined $530, sentenced three days jail, placed on two years probation, and had his driver’s license suspended 12 months for OVI and marked lanes.

Austin Alexander Angeli, 30, Main Street, Louisville, was fined $250, given credit for seven days served, placed on one year probation and required 30 hours community service for driving under 12-point suspension.

Cameron K. Chamberlain, 28, East Washington Street, Lisbon, was fined $400, sentenced three days jail, placed on two years probation had his driver’s license suspended one year and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and failure to display valid sticker.

Crystal M. Evans, 31, Benton Road, Salem, fugitive from justice case dismissed.

Terri Lynn Hawke, 56, Salineville Road, Salineville, was fined $425, sentenced three days jail, placed on two years probation, had her driver’s license suspended one year and required 30 hours community service for OVI and failure to control.

Dillon T. Dellapenna, 21, Moore Street, East Liverpool, criminal damaging case dismissed.

A Sept. 25 pretrial was set for Timothy L. Phillis, 37, Canal Street, Hanoverton, charged with driving under suspension.

A Sept. 27 pretrial was set for Bobby L. Armstead, 34, Fair Avenue, Salem, charged with two counts obstructing official business and resisting arrest.

A Sept. 27 pretrial was set for Ronald F. Graves Jr., 57, Cleveland, charged with OVI first offense and right of way.

An Aug. 6 sentencing hearing was set for Mark A. Brewer, 41, Toronto, charged with drug paraphernalia.

An Aug. 9 preliminary hearing was set for Kayla R. Mennell, 21, New Brighton, Pa., charged with two counts assault, falsification, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

A Sept. 25 pretrial was set for Robert Joseph Minamyer, 37, Bye Road, East Palestine, charged with OVI first offense, failure to control and seat belt.

A Sept. 27 pretrial was set for Timothy R. Smith, 29, East Pidgeon, Salem, charged with OVI second offense and slow moving vehicle signs.

A Sept. 25 pretrial was set for Joann Martin, 42, East Seventh, Salem, charged with permitting operator to drive without operator’s license.

A Sept. 25 pretrial was set for Zachery Hidey, 20, McKinley, Minerva, charged with domestic violence for allegedly grabbing his mother by the arm and pushing her to the ground and hitting her during an argument on Bayard Road in West Township on or around July 23.

A Sept. 24 pretrial was set for Wilber L. Miller, 44, Bell Road, Lisbon, charged with forfeiture.

An Aug. 9 preliminary hearing was set for Cory L. Hope, 27, Lorain, charged with having weapons while under disability and improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.

A Sept. 18 pretrial was set for Victoria A. Freshman, 54, Wooster, for speeding.

A Oct. 9 pretrial was set for Christopher D. Mayle, 29, Oakland, Ca., charged with OVI first offense and speeding.

A Sept. 27 pretrial was set for Amanda M. Crespo, 31, Lower Elkton Road, Leetonia, charged with theft for allegedly leaving the State Street Salon in Salem on June 16 without paying for the hair appointment and also leaving with the business’ apron on.
