GRAND JURY

LISBON — Trent A. Marcum, 22, West Pine Lake Road, Salem, was served a secret indictment charged with escape, two counts of trafficking in drugs and two counts of possession of drugs.

On Dec. 20, 2017, Marcum allegedly had marijuana and hashish prepared for distribution, as well as heroin and fentanyl in his possession. He reportedly attempted to break from detention on the same date by walking out of the Salem Regional Medical Center where he was allowed to go after complaining of chest pains while in custody.

The indictment was issued by the grand jury in July.

Matthew D. Huk, 25, Union Street, Columbiana, was served a secret indictment charged with two counts of possession of drugs for allegedly having methamphetamines and amphetamines on May 5. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in July.

Arthur D. Keeney Jr., 29, Canton, was served a secret indictment charged with possession of drugs with a forfeiture specification. Keeney allegedly had cocaine and $1,846 derived from illegal drug-related activities on Dec. 28, 2016. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in November 2017.
