EAST LIVERPOOL — In Municipal Court Thursday, Donald G. Allgood, 30, Ohio Avenue, was fined $675, sentenced to 180 days, 150 suspended, had his license suspended one year and was placed on probation three years for OVI. He was fined $150 for no operator’s license and $30 for left of center. He had 104 hours of community service imposed in lieu of the fines.
On each of seven counts of passing bad checks, Selena D. Johnson, 42, Minerva Street, was fined $50, sentenced to 180 days, suspended, and placed on probation two years.
Michael A. Conzett, 21, Rigby Street, was fined $150, sentenced to 180 days, 160 suspended, and placed on probation three years for falsification. For theft, he was fined $150 and sentenced to 180 days, 160 suspended. For possession of drug paraphernalia, he was fined $150 and had his license suspended 180 days, and for no seat belt, he was fined $30.
Zachary T. Rudder, 20, Elkton Road, Lisbon, was fined $150, sentenced to 90 days, 87 suspended, and placed on probation two years for obstructing official business.
Shantelle Uselton, 30, Canton, was sentenced to 20 days for theft.
A preliminary hearing was set Sept. 6 for Joshua W. Unger, 27, Dresden Avenue, charged with receiving stolen property-automobile, with a pretrial scheduled the same day on charges of driving under suspension and no turn signal.
Jury trials were set Nov. 8 for Kelly E. Hanlon, 40, Logan Street, charged with two counts of assault; James A. Moore, 29, Ravine Street, theft; Nathaniel D. Carter, 36, Thompson Avenue, driving under suspension and obstructing official business; and Eric J. White, 43, Ohio Avenue, no operator’s license, no front plate, display of plate, no seat belt, driving under suspension and two counts of illegal plates.
