LISBON — Glenn E. Earich Jr., 64, Benton Road, Salem, is scheduled to be sentenced on Oct. 15 after pleading guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to failing to advise the county sheriff of a change in address.
Earich is required to advise the sheriff wherever he lives of any change in his residence because of a 2016 conviction for gross sexual imposition. This particular offense occurred in November 2016.
