LISBON — A June 18 preliminary hearing and pretrial was set in Columbiana County Municipal Court for Jennifer M. White, 36, Salineville Road, Salineville, charged with a felony obstructing official business for allegedly hindering police and North Star Ambulance attempting to render medical aid to someone at her home by refusing to answer the door, lying about her home, refusing to answer 911 dispatchers and taking the battery out of her phone to avoid answering before the police arrived on Saturday. Additionally, White is charged with domestic violence for allegedly scratching and causing a laceration under the chin of her brother Christopher White on Saturday.
A June 18 preliminary hearing and pretrial was set for Donald C. Fiore, 51, Madison Avenue, Salem, charged with OVI fourth offense, OVI second offense, felony OVI, driving under OVI suspension and speeding.
A July 5 pretrial was set for Richard E. Chludzinski, 44, state Route 154, Rogers, cited with OVI third offense, driving under suspension, seat belt violation, headlights, marked lanes and open container.
Nicholas E. Hoon, 40, Wheathill Road, East Palestine, was fined $700, had his license suspended for a year, sentenced to six days in jail and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and speeding.
A July 9 pretrial was set for Tracy Lynn Whigham, 39, South Main Street, Beloit, cited with OVI first offense, improper turn and restricted tinted glass.
A July 9 pretrial was set for Adam S. Magnuson, 18, state Route 45, Salem, cited with OVI first offense, possession of marijuana and failure to have a functioning brake light.
An Aug. 6 pretrial was set for James L. Radman, 32, Crestview Road, Leetonia, cited with OVI first offense, failure to control and assault for allegedly striking Bryant Nestor and kicking him in the face when he was being escorted by Nestor out of Shenanigans for starting a fight with another patron on March 11.
A July 12 pretrial was set for Cody E. Johnson, state Route 644, Kensington, cited with violating a temporary protection order for allegedly creating five separate Facebook profiles and using them to send messages to Brogan Zwick, who had a protection order against him, as well as contacting her family members.
An Aug. 6 pretrial was set for Letha M. Phillips, 34, last known address East Fourth Street, Salem, charged with assault for allegedly entering the Salem Heritage Inn on March 24, 2010, approaching Edith Devine, who was seated on a bar stool, and striking her in the neck, knocking her off the bar stool and hitting her head on the floor.
Tricia A. Watson, 34, Jones Drive, Salem, was credited with three days served in jail, sentenced to an additional 42 days in jail, fined $200 and required 20 hours community service for criminal trespassing and criminal damaging. Watson on Feb. 12 attempted to get into a vehicle in an East Pershing Street driveway while attempting to evade police; entered a home and broke a window upstairs with a car jack while arguing with the person who lived there on Feb. 12; walked into the home of Kimberly Kisner and refused to leave instead eating grapes on March 28; and entering an abandoned Woodland Avenue, Salem, home on Jan. 19.
Cena M. Mason, 23, Annesley Road, East Liverpool, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, fined $150 and required 20 hours community service for complicity to commit theft for distracting the cashier at Lisbon’s Smith Oil so Kennith Jordan could take a wallet on March 24.
A July 19 pretrial was set for Christopher Minadeo, 33, Boardman, cited with driving under a 12-point suspension.
Daniel Payten, 28, Maple Heights, was fined $300 for driving under FRA suspension and failure to move left for a public safety vehicle.
Lucas L. McEldowney, 28, Penn Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $180 and required 25 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension and speeding.
Brian S. Goodlin, 35, Chester, W.Va., was fined $150 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension and improper registration.
Marcus Allen Stanley, 22, Leake Street, East Palestine, was fined $180 and had his license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana and a seat belt violation. A driving under suspension citation was dismissed because Stanley is now valid.
A failure to control citation against Ronald G. Barson, 52, state Route 170, Negley, was dismissed due to the police officer failing to file the ticket with the court.
A possession of drugs charge against Ray Newton Eakles, 36, East Taggart Street, East Palestine, was dismissed.
Ronald Joseph Staffileno, 47, Wellsburg, W.Va., was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.
Cameron C. Hurst, 24, Wood Street, Wellsville, was fined $50 for driving under FRA suspension.
Joshua C. Pastore, 32, Steubenville Pike, Salineville, was fined $50 for kindling a fire during restricted hours.
William Cunning Jr., 41, East Main Street, New Waterford, was fined $50 for no license.
Ramon Alexis Ortega Vazquez, 29, Austintown, was fined $50 for no license.
David M. Stillion, 53, Sebring, was fined $50 for open container during the Super Nationals car cruise near the intersection of West State Street and Georgetown Road on Saturday evening.
Andrea L. Hawk, 43, state Route 558, Leetonia, was required 25 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension and failure to display a valid sticker.
