EAST LIVERPOOL — In Municipal Court Thursday, Brandon L. Gear, 33, Wellsburg, W.Va., was fined $675, sentenced to 180 days, 170 suspended, had his license suspended one year and was placed on probation three years for OVI. For failure to comply with a police officer’s order, he was fined $250, sentenced to 180 days, 170 suspended, had his license suspended one year and placed on probation three years. For possession of marijuana, he was fined $150 and had his license suspended 180 days. For no operator’s license, he was fined $250 and for defective exhaust, $50.

Miles L. Reynolds, 29, Bank Street, was fined $250, was sentenced to 180 days, 178 suspended, and placed on probation two years for no operator’s license.

Chasity N. Gorby, 39, Minerva Street, was fined $250, sentenced to 180 days, 175 suspended, and placed on probation three years for receiving stolen property. She had 30 hours of community service imposed in lieu of the fine.

Travis L. Keener, 51, Hillcrest Road, Wellsville, was sentenced to 30 days for petty theft, sixth offense. He was sentenced to 60 days for theft, sixth offense. For obstructing official business, he was sentenced to 60 days, and for possession of drug paraphernalia, to 30 days.

Kevin S. Frazier, 36, Church Street, was sentenced to 180 days, 120 suspended, and placed on probation two years for receiving stolen property. For theft, he was sentenced to 180 days, 120 suspended, and placed on probation two years.

For each of two counts of theft, Steven J. Murray, 27, Midland, Pa., was fined $250, sentenced to 180 days, 170 suspended, and placed on probation three years. For no operator’s license, he was fined $250. He had 30 hours of community service imposed in lieu of each of his fines.

Michelle S. Agostino, 24, Midland, Pa., was fined $250, sentenced to 180 days, 177 suspended, and placed on probation three years for each of two counts of complicity to theft. For wrongful entrustment, she was fined $250. She had 30 hours of community service imposed in lieu of each fine.

Amy L. Cameron, 47, Price Street, was fined $675, sentenced to 180 days, 166 suspended, with 14 days credit given, and placed on probation three years for OVI. For driving under suspension, she was fined $250, for failure to control, $100 and for open container, $150.

A domestic violence charge was amended to disorderly conduct against Anthony F. Corvia, 39, no address listed, who was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, and placed on probation two years. The alleged victim, Danielle Hull, was not cooperative and did not want a no contact order imposed, according to court records.

Bryan D. Jeffries, 29, Independence Square, Wellsville, was sentenced to 30 days for driving under suspension. He was found guilty of loud exhaust but assessed court costs only.

A jury trial was set Sept. 13 for Vickie A. Brinkley, 52, Wells Hollow Road, Wellsville, charged with driving under suspension.

A pretrial was scheduled June 28 for Michael D. Herron, 27, Ohio Avenue, charged with domestic violence, with $35,000 cash/surety bond set. He is to have no contact with Robert Herron, Woodland Hills or 418 Wilbert Avenue.

Pretrials were set July 26 for Dawna M. Wright, 46, Lisbon Street, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and impeding traffic; Valene L. Severs, 63, Cleveland Avenue, theft, second offense; Shayne B. Kosek, 30, Seville Lane, possession of drug abuse instruments, disorderly conduct/interfering with others; and Ryan L. Pritt, 36, Lisbon Street, driving under suspension, no motorcycle license and no safety equipment.
