EAST LIVERPOOL — In Municipal Court Friday, a second pretrial was scheduled for May 24 for Heather B. Power, 30, Parkway Drive, who faces a charge of drug paraphernalia.
Linda S. Volino, 63, East Liverpool Road, was fined $100 for assured clear distance.
Roger L. Davis Jr., 25, Hideaway Acres, New Cumberland, W.Va., was fined $285 and was sentenced to three days in jail and two years probation for driving under suspension and a stop sign violation.
A May 30 pretrial was set for Robbie D. Angus, 54, Pancake Clarkson Road, Negley, who pleaded not guilty to driving under suspension.
A second arraignment was scheduled for May 30 for Kenneth C. Channels, 50, Moore Road, who faces charges of criminal damaging/entering.
A second arraignment was scheduled for May 4 for John W. Galloway, 50, Ohio Avenue, who pleaded not guilty to driving under suspension.
A second arraignment continuance was scheduled for June 1 for Tasha A. Tisdale, 49, Wilbert Avenue, who faces a charge of no operator’s license.
A May 3 pretrial was set for Holly A. McCartney, 22, Coolidge Street, Newell, W.Va., who pleaded not guilty to theft and criminal trespassing.
A May 3 pretrial was set for David G.F. Wright, 24, Lisbon Street, who pleaded not guilty to theft.
A May 3 pretrial was set for Georgie S. Westlake, 23, Morris Drive, New Cumberland, W.Va., who pleaded not guilty to theft and intoxication.
A second arraignment was scheduled for May 4 for Aaron Stevens, 33, Fiarmont Street, who faces a housing code violation.
A charge of driving under suspension against Devin M. Davis, 24, Azalea Avenue, was dismissed.
Tammy R. Wilson, 57, Cadmus Street, was fined $100 and was sentenced to two days in jail and two years probation for passing bad checks.
