LISBON — Jason M. Holloway, pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to harassment with a bodily substance for spitting on Deputy Richard Kimble after Holloway was arrested on March 25, 2017. He is facing up to a year in prison and a $2,500 fine. Sentencing is set for July 12.
