LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a March 29 pretrial was set for Jessica Lynn Lasater, 30, Boardman, charged with possession of drug abuse instruments, possession of marijuana, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and endangering children. Lasater allegedly failed to pick up her boyfriend, Bobby Alexander in his vehicle after she dropped him at work, was pursued by the State Highway Patrol in the Youngstown area while she threw drug paraphernalia out the window and took her boyfriend’s 3-year-old son to a drug house in Youngstown where she reportedly left him and did not tell him where the child was at on Nov. 27.
An April 3 pretrial was set for Tamara K. Courtney, 36, Winona Road, Salem, cited with OVI first offense, improper registration and parking on a highway after she was allegedly found in a vehicle on Westville Lake Road in the early hours of Friday.
An April 17 pretrial was set for Shawna M. Blake, 31, Heacock Road, Sebring, charged with OVI first offense, failure to control and a seat belt violation.
Michael W. Hover Jr., 27, last known address East Third Street, Salem, was sentenced to 90 days in jail and fined $100 after he was found guilty of possession of drug abuse instruments for syringes found by K-9 Argo in Salem on Feb. 11.
A May 21 pretrial was set for Brandi Lee Cope, 24, Lower Elkton Road, Columbiana, charged with theft for allegedly taking cigarettes and a lighter from the coat pocket of Michelle Seidner on Friday while Cope was cleaning Seidner’s office at the county jail. Additionally, Cope was allegedly found with $12 in prepaid envelopes belonging to the jail.
A March 15 pretrial was set for Walter E. Allen Jr., 51, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, charged with domestic violence for allegedly grabbing Mindy Jo Hissom by the throat and arms before throwing her to the floor on March 4.
A March 19 pretrial was set for Jason R. Powell, 41, New Cumberland, W.Va., cited with possession of a drug abuse instrument and drug paraphernalia. Powell allegedly had a syringe with liquid residue and a digital scale with residue on Saturday.
An April 17 pretrial was set for Ramona J. Richoz, 33, Bears Den Road, Leetonia, cited with driving under FRA suspension, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia for an alleged methamphetamine pipe and a tail lights violation.
A May 3 pretrial was set for Kelly S. Corey, 56, Lower Elkton Road, Leetonia, charged with criminal damaging for allegedly using her vehicle to stop Earl Corey from leaving the driveway on Jan. 26.
A May 3 pretrial was set for Rebecca Lynn Sisco, 30, East Fourth Street, East Liverpool, cited with driving under FRA suspension and failure to display a valid sticker.
Clarissa K. Cooley-Jordan, 26, East Lincoln Way, Lisbon, was fined $225 for driving along with a permit and improper backing.
James A. Brown, 22, Haines Avenue, Alliance, was fined $180 for driving under a license forfeiture and failure to display a valid sticker.
Brandon Russell Bowles, 26, South Lincoln Avenue, Lisbon, was fined $50 for failing to stop for a stopped school bus.
