LISBON — Edwin R. Hibbs, 63, Summit Drive, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to theft. Between May 23, 2011 and July 2016 Hibbs took funds belonging to the Tri-State Sportsman Club in the amount of $67,233. He faces up to 18 months in prison and a $5,000 fine. Sentencing is set for June 1.

Hayden Miller, 26, Salem-Alliance Road, Salem, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of drugs for methamphetamines and clonazepam on Aug. 5, 2016. He faces up to two years in prison and a $5,000 fine. Sentencing is set for July 16.

Christopher J. Thomas, 32, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, was found eligible for intervention in lieu of conviction and pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of drugs. Thomas was placed on a four-year intervention plan. Thomas had cocaine and fentanyl.

Michelle D. Harris, 32, Youngstown, was found eligible for intervention in lieu of conviction. She pleaded guilty to possession of drugs for having less than a gram of heroin and was placed on a three-year intervention plan.

Jason F. Naylor, 31, Lexington Avenue, Salem, was credited with 38 days served for domestic violence and placed on three years community control. Naylor had struck his seven-month pregnant girlfriend, Jessica Helman, in the face and the arm on July 12.
