LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Daniel R. Ree, 54, McClure Road, East Palestine, was fined $950, had his license suspended for a year, required 30 hours community service and required to attend a three-day counseling program for OVI first offense, driving under suspension and lanes violation.

Scott A. Bryant, 39, Oak Street, Alliance, was fined $900, had his license suspended for a year, sentenced to seven days in jail and required 30 hours community service for speeding and physical control amended from OVI second offense.

Brian T. Naymick, 42, Canfield, was fined $400, had his license suspended for 180 days, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for speeding and reckless operation second offense amended from OVI first offense.

An April 2 pretrial was set for Jessica L. Matuska, 38, state Route 39, Wellsville, cited with OVI first offense, driving under OVI suspension, failure to control and open container for Mike’s Hard Lemonade in the vehicle.

Clifford T. Scott Jr., 32 Beloit Snodes Road, Beloit, was fined $250, credited with five days in jail and required 30 hours community service for domestic violence for slamming his 7-year-old stepson to the couch and threatening to punch his wife on Dec. 10.

Mark R. Schwingle, 23, Valley Road, Salem, was fined $150 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Gordon W. Dawes III, 58, Plymouth Place, Salem, was fined $800, required 30 hours community service, required to attend a three-day counseling program and had his license suspended for a year for OVI first offense, speeding and possession of marijuana.

A driving under FRA suspension citation for Allen Junior Faulk, 21, state Route 154, Elkton, was dismissed after with was determined he was insured.

An April 17 pretrial was set for Ryan Lee Bryer, 31, Votaw Drive, Leetonia, cited with driving under OVI suspension.

A Feb. 8 pretrial was set for Charles M. Jackson, 50, Hoppel Drive, East Liverpool, cited with failure to control.

Barbara R. Stonestreet, 26, Hawley Avenue, Salem, was fined $100 and had her license suspended for 180 days for marijuana possession.

Jonathan J. Brown Jr., 18, Graham Street, Lisbon, was fined $100 for reckless operation.

A March 26 pretrial was set for Michael A. Gough, 39, West Lincoln Way, Lisbon, cited with restricted tinted glass, drug paraphernalia for an alleged pipe and possession marijuana

A March 22 pretrial was set for Braiden James Shultz, 24, Wheeling, W.Va., cited with reckless operation and speeding.
