Grand Jury

LISBON — Three people allegedly involved in breaking into the property of Chad Bickel, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, on Sept. 19, 2017, were among secret indictments issued by the county grand jury last week.

Kyle J. Lykens, 19, last known address South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, is charged with burglary, a second-degree felony. Lykens is accused of trespassing in Bickel’s home.

Trenton L. Holenchick, 23, last known address North Market Street, Lisbon, is charged with complicity to burglary for allegedly helping Lykens in committing the burglary of the home of Bickel.

Darian M. Libert, 19, last known address South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, is charged with both breaking and entering and theft. Libert is accused of entering Bickel’s garage and taking a 2003 Suzuki Z400 ATV.

Additionally indictments issued by the February grand jury include:

— Dominick T. Davidson, 21, Akron, charged with possession of drugs with a forfeiture specification and possession of criminal tools. Davidson allegedly had less than five grams of cocaine, $169 in drug-related funds and a digital scale on July 13, 2017.

— Scott A. Dean, 34, last known address Franklin Avenue, Salem, is charged with trafficking in drugs and possession of drugs both third-degree felony charges. On May 15, 2017, allegedly had hashish in the solid form exceeding 50 grams, but less than 250 grams and packaged for sale or resale.

— Annette L. Reitz, 46, state Route 517, Lisbon, is charged with three counts of possession of drugs. On June 9, 2017, Reitz allegedly had heroin, fentanyl and cocaine.
