Grand Jury
LISBON — Michael A. Gillingham, 41, Enon Valley, Pa., was served a secret indictment on a charge of failure to pay child support.
Between June 2, 2014 and May 1, 2017, Gillingham allegedly failed to make adequate payments.
The indictment was issued by the grand jury in May.
