LISBON — In Columbiana County Common Pleas Court, Randy S. Wilkinson II, 21, Broadway, Wellsville, was sentenced to nine months in prison for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. He will also be ordered to register as a Tier II sex offender, providing in-person verification of his address every 180 days for the next 25 years. On Jan. 15, 2016, Wilkinson had sexual conduct with a teenager less than 16 years old.
Joseph M. Hartline, 33, last known address East Fifth Street, Salem, pleaded guilty to domestic violence, a fourth degree felony. He faces up to 18 months in prison and a $5,000 fine. Hartline harmed Mary Blackmon on Nov. 4, 2015, grabbing her by the neck, throwing her to the ground and throwing beer at her. The offense occurred when he already had a previous conviction for domestic violence in 2014. Sentencing is set for March 5.
Curtis D. Holland, 21, West Fourth Street, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs for having at least five grams, but less than 10 grams of heroin on June 21, 2016. He faces up to three years in prison, a five-year license suspension and a $10,000 fine. Sentencing is set for March 5.
Ambria L. Alford, 19, Chester, W.Va., pleaded guilty to aggravated trespassing, which is a lesser charge to the original charge of burglary and guilty to vandalism. The charges involved her actions at Independence Square on March 20, when she threw a rock, broke out a window and entered the building aggressively to confront a resident. She faces up to a year and a half incarceration and a $2,500 fine. Sentencing is set for March 5.
Christian R. Barrow, 30. Cleveland, pleaded guilty to tampering with evidence. His faces up to three years in prison and a $2,500 fine. Barrow impeded an investigation involving crack cocaine and heroin on Sept. 8 by hiding it in his genital area.
Cory A. Poling, 22, Weirton, W.Va., stipulated to violating his community control and was sentenced to eight months in prison for possession of drugs for cocaine on March 27, 2015. His probation has been dishonorably terminated. He was granted credit for 148 days already served in jail.
Anthony J. Bradley, 35, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, stipulated to violating his community control and was sentenced to six months in prison for two counts of possession of drugs for cocaine and oxycodone. His probation has been dishonorably terminated.
Corrine M. Murphy, 33, Beaver Falls, Pa., was sentenced to 65 days in jail with credit for 61 days served for permitting drugs abuse. Murphy was initially charged in 2006 with trafficking in drugs in July 2005, but pleaded to a lesser offense on April 25, 2017. Bench warrants have been issued twice through out the past 11 years for Murphy, once when she failed to appear in January 2017 and again when she failed to appear for sentencing in July.
Amber M. Jones, 37, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, stipulated to violating the terms of her intervention treatment plan. She was placed on community control and sentenced to an indefinite term at the Eastern Ohio Correction Center for Women. The initial charges are two counts of possession of drugs for cocaine and fentanyl on Aug. 1, 2016.
