LISBON — Lucas W. Taucher, 24, Lake Avenue, Salem, was sentenced in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to 10 months in prison after pleading guilty recently to two counts of trafficking in drugs. On Aug. 22, 2016 and Sept. 21, 2016, Taucher sold hydrocodone including an amount larger than the bulk amount during the second sale.
Christopher D. Price, 34, Puritan Avenue, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to theft and was placed on a three-year intervention in lieu of conviction plan. Price was involved with others in the theft of DeWalt tools and batteries from JWB Supply Co. in Lisbon on May 8.
Janelle N. McConnell, 22, Grandview Avenue, East Palestine, pleaded guilty to two counts of complicity to burglary and was placed on a three-year intervention in lieu of conviction plan. She reportedly assisted William Tondo in committing offenses on April 4.
Kelsey M. Miller, 25, Haywood Street, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to three counts of possession of drugs and was placed on a three-year intervention in lieu of conviction plan. Miller had cocaine, heroin and tetrahydrocannabinol on March 29, 2016.
Kyle B. Rashley, 26, New Cumberland, W.Va., pleaded guilty to possession of drugs and was placed on three years community control with up to six months to be spent at the Eastern Ohio Correction Center in Wintersville. Rashley had heroin on Aug. 31, 2015.
Larry D. Striffler, 36, Weirton, W.Va., had his community control for a non-support of dependents charge dishonorably terminated. The violations of his community control, which he stipulated to violating, were financial in nature.
Alisa A. Glagolis, 57, Beaver Falls, Pa., stipulated to violating the terms of her intervention plan for failing to financially comply. She is now considered convicted of her previous plea of guilty to receiving stolen property, which involved a 2006 GMC box truck owned by Budget Rental on Oct. 15, 2013.
Richard J. Tittle, 26, Harvey Avenue, East Liverpool, stipulated to violating the terms of his intervention and then his community control on a trafficking in drugs charge. His community control was terminated dishonorably and he was sentenced to six months in prison. Tittle sold marijuana on April 5, 2012.
