Dale C. Felger Jr., 36, Taylor Road, Negley, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct.

Alex Felton, 20, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $150 and had his driver’s license suspended 180 days for possession of marijuana.

Richard Singleton, 36, Beaver Falls, Pa., was fined $150 and had his driver’s license suspended 180 days for possession of marijuana.

Joseph Garwood, 29, Chris Avenue, Washingtonville, was fined $50 for speeding.

Mitch Long, 22, Lincoln Street, Minerva, was fined $300, placed on one year probation, required 30 hours community service and had his driver’s license suspended 180 days for leave scene of accident and failure to control.

Alex Lester Slocum, 35, Weirton, W.Va., was fined $200, given credit for six days served, placed on two years probation and required 30 hours community service for violating a temporary protection order.

James A. Dean, 53, West State Street, Salem, was fined $150, placed on two years probation and required 40 hours community service for prohibitions against companion animals.

Jeremy M. Matuska, 45, Oakridge Road, Wellsville, was fined $300, given credit for one day served, placed on two years probation and required 30 hours community service for disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.

Robert J. Lutman, 41, Leetonia Road, Leetonia, was fined $150 and had his driver’s license suspended 180 days for possession of marijuana.

Richard L. Palmer III, 35, Girard, was fined $100 for equipment violation.

Shawn M. Reynolds, 25, Columbia Street, Leetonia, was fined $150, placed on one year probation and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension and speeding.

Laurie E. Bell, 54, Maple Street, Salem, was fined $50 for wrongful entrustment.

Carla Smith, 44, West Main Street, Salineville, was fined $150 for permitting trash on premises.

Robert Mohnr, 58, Youngstown, was fined $250, placed on one year probation and required 40 hours community service for driving under license forfeiture suspension.

Albert Lawhorn III, 48, Warren, seat belt case dismissed.

Aaron A. Milliken, 43, Beloit, was fined $150 for equipment violation.

Brianna Rapp, 34, Palmetto Avenue, Columbiana, unauthorized use of motor vehicle case dismissed.

John W. Chaffin Jr., 28, Richardson Avenue, Negley, was fined $180, placed on one year probation and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension and speeding.

Matthew S. Bell, 30, High Street, Washingtonville, was fined $150, placed on one year probation and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension/restriction.

Patricia Minerd, 49, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, was fined $150, placed on one year probation and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension and improper/expired registration.

Matthew P. Soldo, 37, Hilltop Drive, Lisbon, was fined $159, given credit for four days served, placed on two years probation and required to attend substance abuse classes for violating a temporary protection order.

Amy L. Dean, 55, West State Street, Salem, was fined $150, placed on two years probation and required 40 hours community service for prohibitions against companion animals.

William D. Hively, 47, Church Hill Road, Lisbon, was fined $150, sentenced 10 days jail with credit for one day served, placed on two years probation and required 20 hours community service for assault and disorderly conduct.

Genaro J. Rivera, 30, East Third Street, Salem, was fined $400, sentenced seven days in jail, placed on two years probation and required 40 hours community service for illegal possession or use of drug paraphernalia and failure to reinstate.

Stephen J. Moore II, 22, Youngstown, was fined $50 for speeding. Driving under suspension case dismissed.

Sandra Maxine Guerrero Garcia, 58, state Route 172, Lisbon, was fined $150, given credit for four days served, placed on two years probation and required 30 hours community service for domestic violence.

A Dec. 5 pretrial was set for Caitlin D. Allen, 19, Adams Road, Lisbon, charged with furnishing alcohol to underage person.

A Jan. 11 pretrial was set for Earnest J. Taylor, 40, Aliquippa, Pa., charged with speeding.

A Jan. 18 pretrial was set for Jesse R. Derflinger, 30, Darlington, Pa., charged with OVI third offense and left of center.

A Jan. 16 pretrial was set for Bobbie J. Marple, 44, Canton, charged with stop sign.

A Jan. 16 pretrial was set for Harold G. Bell Jr., 54, Maple Street, Salem, charged with driving under suspension/restriction.

A Dec. 5 pretrial was set for Matthew A. Martin Jr., 30, Sharp Avenue, Salem, charged with domestic violence.
