LISBON — In county Municipal Court, Sarah Lynne Sines, 34, last known address U.S. Route 30, Lisbon, was bound over to the county grand jury on charges of tampering with evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia for allegedly trying to conceal a bent spoon in her hand and then wiping away residue in the spoon to destroy evidence before she set it down as ordered on Oct. 13.

An Oct. 30 preliminary hearing was set for Johnathan C. McCoy, 18, Case Road, Beloit, charged with receiving stolen property for allegedly on Sunday having a .22 caliber revolver, which had been reported stolen in Pennsylvania. McCoy claimed he purchased the gun at Rogers Sale.

William G. Wildman, 43, Washington Street, Salem, was fined $1,125, had his license suspended for two years, sentenced to 30 days in jail and required 20 hours community service for OVI second offense, driving under FRA suspension and tail lights.

A Dec. 12 pretrial was set for Kevin Groff, 24, East State Street, Salem, cited with OVI first offense, slow speed, a seat belt violation, possession of marijuana and possession or use of a controlled substance for alleged hashish oil.

A Dec. 7 pretrial was set for Corey M. Catania, 27, Hickory Lane, Salem, cited with OVI third offense, OVI refusal with prior within 20 years and left of center.

A Dec. 18 pretrial was set for Kevin W. Weaver, 45, Union Ridge Road, Negley, cited with possession of drug abuse instrument for hypodermic syringes, a crack pipe, chore boy, burnt spoons with residue and two small pieces of wax paper found in the home following a double overdose on April 19.

Johnathan M. Pullie, 42, Center Street, Wellsville, was credited with 13 days served, sentenced to an additional two days in jail, required 20 hours community service and fined $300 for resisting arrest and criminal trespassing for being on the front porch of Mayor Nancy Murray on Oct. 11, screaming with his hands over his face and refusing to listen to police attempting to get him to leave.

In court on Monday, Pullie said Murray was someone he had gone to for help when he was much younger and what he did this time was also “cry for help.” He also said he had been unable to properly see his doctor or obtain his medications because of transportation issues. Pullie indicated to Judge Mark Frost he would be writing a letter of apology to Murray and aside from that was ordered not to have any further contact with her.

Tifany J. Dailey, 24, Duquesne Street, Columbiana, was fined $250, credited with a day in jail and required 40 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence. Dailey had been charged for striking her sister in-law, Shala Dailey, on Aug. 7.

Shala F. Dailey, 19, West Middlesex, Pa., was credited with a day in jail, fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for striking Tifany Dailey on Aug. 7.

Megan Dietz, 19, Alliance, was fined $50 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension.

A Nov. 6 pretrial was set for Ryan C. Conner, 36, Chain School Road, East Palestine, charged with domestic violence for alleged grabbing Dawnielle Brommer by the arm and squeezing it twice on Sunday.

A Nov. 20 pretrial was set for Joseph Thomas Moore, 21, Winona Road, Salem, charged with violating a temporary protection order for allegedly walking into the lobby of the Salem Police Department on Sunday with Heather Burcaw, who had a protection order.

A Dec. 18 pretrial was set for Jennifer Maynard, 28, East Washington Street, Salineville, cited with driving under FRA suspension.

Curtis Gearhart, 33, Pine Hollow Road, Lisbon, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.

Phyllis Joy, 70, East Fifth Street, Salem, was fined $25 for dog at large.
