LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, James T. Mills, 52, West Pershing Street, Salem, was fined $1,200, credited with two days in jail, sentenced to an additional 58 days in jail, had his license suspended for two years and required 30 hours community service for OVI second offense, possession of marijuana, open container and marked lanes. A failure to comply citation was dismissed.

Gwendolyn M.D. Dmitruk, 27, Hinckley, was fined $700, had her license suspended for 180 days, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and left of center.

A Sept. 19 drug court hearing was set for Jesse Lee Cote, 38, North Market Street, Lisbon, charged with endangering children for allegedly allowing his two 1-year-old children to live in a filthy home on Feb. 2.

A Sept. 19 pretrial was set for Eric W. Smith, 30, Laneve Lane, Wellsville, cited with driving under suspension.

John D. Carrion, 38, East Third Street, Salem, was fined $100 and had his license suspended for six months for possession of marijuana.

A Sept. 21 pretrial was set for Clarence D. Taggart Jr., state Route 170, East Palestine, charged with domestic violence. Taggart allegedly struck his son in the face at least three times on Monday in the hallway of the high school after learning his son was involved in a traffic crash at the end of July and he received a ticket in the mail for it.

Eric T. Briggs, 22, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $300, credited with six days in jail and required 30 hours community service for possession of marijuana and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle for taking his mother’s car without her permission in April.

Megan Renae Davis, 20, West Sixth Street, Salem, was fined $200 and required 20 hours community service for assured clear distance.

Brandi Jo Modrak, 37, South Linden Avenue, Alliance, was fined $250 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Timothy Shawn Hannan Jr., 30, North Shadylane Drive, East Liverpool, was fined $280 and required 30 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension and speeding.

Chance Felton, 19, state Route 164, Salineville,was credited with a day in jail and fined $150 for persistent disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for jumping on to Stanley Felton’s back, choking him and threatening to kill him on June 19.

Brittaney N. Watkins, 28, Woodale Drive, Hanoverton, was fined $100 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sarah B. Jones, 30, South Washington Street, East Palestine, was fined $100 for possession of marijuana.

Mary E. Shaulis, 60, Maple Street extension, Lisbon, was fined $100 and required 20 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from assault for slapping Kevin Criss on the face on June 16.

A Sept. 21 pretrial was set for Keewon B. Taylor, 18, Youngstown, charged with obstructing official business Taylor allegedly was one of two men inside an apartment after they were told no one was there.

A Sept. 21 pretrial was set for Chandor D. Pettress, 24, Lorain, cited with obstructing official business and harassing a police dog for allegedly taunting K-9 Simon while in custody on Monday.

A Sept. 21 pretrial was set for Bradley J. Reeder, 35, Jennings Avenue, Salem, charged with obstructing official business for allegedly denying knowing anything about a vehicle he was questioned about and telling police there was no one inside the apartment when there were two people there.

A Sept. 21 pretrial was set for Reginald J. Jones Jr., 22, Youngstown, cited with obstructing official business for hiding inside a home where the county drug task force came to serve a search warrant on Monday.

A Sept. 25 pretrial was set for Robert K. Barrett, 33, West Ninth Street, East Liverpool, charged with criminal damaging. Barrett allegedly broke a glass window at the county jail, by striking the window with a chair.

An Oct. 23 pretrial was set for Kevin W. Weaver, 45, Union Ridge Road, Negley, charged with assault for allegedly striking and kicking Jedediah Hill in the county jail on Sept. 2.

An Oct. 30 pretrial was set for Nicholas Tyler Shaffer, 22, West Oregon Avenue, Sebring, cited with OVI second offense, failure to control and a seat belt violation.

An Oct. 31 pretrial was set for Scott T. Marucci, 21, Youngstown, charged with OVI first offense and marked lanes.

A Nov. 6 pretrial was set for Brandy A. Skiles, 40, Cunningham Road, Salem, cited with driving under OVI suspension.

A Nov. 7 pretrial was set for Nedeljko Ziza, 60, Beaver, Pa., cited with failure to stop for a stopped school bus.

A Nov. 30 pretrial was set for Jennifer R. Disanto, 55, East Washington Street, Salineville, cited with failure to reinstate a license.

A driving under suspension citation against Casey L. Reynolds, 38, state Route 45, Lisbon, was dismissed.

A failure to control citation against David A. Simpson, 48, Lincoln Street, Salineville, was dismissed.

Joseph A. Ross, 18, Summit Street, Salem, was fined $50 for disorderly conduct for punching Brandon Moore.
