LISBON — An Aug. 21 preliminary hearing was set for Cheryl A. Wolfe, 60, Teegarden Road, Lisbon, charged with domestic violence for allegedly pushing a pregnant Jessica Herric several times on Sunday.

Lynda S. Channels, 44, Erie Alley, Wellsville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury on charges of burglary, felonious assault and aggravated vehicular assault for allegedly forcing her way into the home of Patricia Adkins, dragging her outside and dragging her with a vehicle. Kathleen D. Channels, 23, New Cumberland, W.Va., was bound over on the burglary and assault charges only for her alleged part in the same assault. The aggravated vehicular assault charge against Kathleen Channels was dismissed after the court did not find probably cause on that charge alone.

An Aug. 24 extradition hearing was set for Dwight D. Spann, 56, Enon Valley, Pa., who allegedly has a warrant for a probation violation in a felony case in Florida.

Mark Razo, 34, Canfield, was fined $975, had his license suspended for a year and sentenced to 180 days in jail for OVI second offense, failure to control and disorderly conduct for allegedly passing out in the back of a cab and attempting to fight with those trying to treat him at Salem Regional Medical Center on March 10.

An Oct. 3 pretrial was set for Errol M. Miller, 66, West Street, East Palestine, cited with cruelty to animals for allegedly failing to provide proper nutrition to a female dog, which was confiscated and then nursed back to health.

Scott F. Host, 42, South Seneca Avenue, Alliance, was fined $705, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and marked lanes.

Jerry House, 46, Logtown Road, Lisbon, was fined $775, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 55 hours community service for OVI first offense and driving under suspension.

Robert S. Nelson, 37, state Route 14, East Palestine, was fined $300, sentenced to jail for three days and ordered 30 hours community service for hit skip and failure to control.

Virgil K. Garreston, 27, North Beaver Street, Lisbon, was fined $305 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension, following too close and a seat belt violation.

Nick A. Salisberry, 28, Vine Street, East Liverpool, was fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Melissa Doyle, 32, U.S. Route 62, Salem, was fined $250, required 40 hours community service and credited with a day in jail for obstructing official business for failing to cooperate with sheriff deputies attempting to investigate three separate calls for domestic disputes on June 25 at her home, by each time denying there was any man there when he was.

Taylor P. Raynes, 25, state Route 164, Lisbon, was fined $150 and had his license suspended for 180 days for marijuana possession and no license.

Justin J. Novak, 35, Columbia Street, Salem, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for striking Tonya Lamp in the nose on Nov. 27, 2016.

Christopher Pagan, 22, North Broadway, Salem, was fined $250 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Michael Gibson, 28, Jamestown, was fined $150 and credited with eight days in jail for public indecency for exposing himself to an employee at Dollar General in Lisbon on May 27.

An Aug. 21 pretrial was set for Joseph D. Hill, 30, West Fifth Street, Salem, for domestic violence and theft. Hill is accused of shoving his sister, Rachel Hill, to the ground, taking his sister’s dog earlier in the day and threatening to sell it, while he said he was holding it as “collateral” until his sister paid him money.

An Oct.17 pretrial was set for Daniel Riggs, 40, Monroeville Heights, Salineville, cited with obstructing official business and possession of drugs.

An Oct. 17 pretrial was set for Mallory Diane Jones, 18, Canfield, cited with OVI first offense and marked lanes.

An Oct. 30 pretrial was set for Erica Cremeans, 40, South Lincoln Avenue, Lisbon, cited with driving under suspension.

Jobey A. Gould, 31, North Market Street, East Palestine, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, fined $250 and had his license suspended for 180 days for failure to stop after an accident and failure to control.

Shane C. Sullivan, 25, Avon, was fined $100 for an equipment violation amended from improper turn.

Brandon M. Shaffer, 21, Walnut Street, Leetonia, was fined $100 for intoxicated pedestrian on the roadway.

Stephanie Corfee-Glenn, 30, state Route 45, Lisbon, was fined $50 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Xan Parker, 51, Youngstown, was fined $80 for no license and speeding.

Christopher J. Sabatino, 24, Third Street, Summitville, was fined $50 for lights required amended from a turn signal violation.

Sandra Worthy, 19, Charlton Drive, Lisbon, was fined $30 for unsafe vehicle and a permit violation was dismissed.
