GRAND JURY

LISBON — Four Columbiana County Jail inmates were served with secret indictments on Thursday.

Alicia D. Vogt, 31, originally of Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool, is charged with permitting drug abuse, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly allowing her home to be a location for trafficking in drugs on or around June 15, 2016.

Ashley M. Vanderhoff, 27, originally of Maple Street, Salem, is charged with having a weapon while under disability, a third-degree felony, and carrying a concealed weapon, a fourth-degree felony, for allegedly having a loaded handgun on her person concealed or ready at hand on Oct. 23, 2016, and did knowingly acquire, have, carry or use a loaded Smith and Wesson 9 mm pistol when she was under indictment for a felony offense involving the illegal possession, use, sale, administration, distribution or trafficking in any drug of abuse, being possesion of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, and two counts trafficking in a counterfeit controlled substance, fourth- and third-degree felonies.

Lance M. Morris, 30, originally Hilltop Drive, Lisbon, is charged with two counts domestic violence, fourth-degree felonies, for allegedly causing or attempting to cause physical harm to a family or household member on or around Dec. 11, 2016, when he had previously pleaded guilty to or been convicted of domestic violence, and for knowingly attempting to cause or causing harm to the same person on or around Feb. 22, 2016, after having previously pleaded guilty to domestic violence on Feb. 18.

Lucas L. Sims, 32, originally of Fairview Street, East Liverpool, is charged with rape, a first-degree felony, for allegedly engaging in sexual conduct by force or threat of force on or around July 15, 2016 in Columbiana County.
