LISBON — The sentence of Anthony R. Sevek, 28, Jefferson Street, Salineville, was modified in Columbiana County Municipal Court to include a $450 fine, credited with 56 days already served and ordered to serve four additional days for endangering children and possession of drug abuse instruments. Sevek had been found on the floor unresponsive with a spoon and a syringe next to him and his two daughters, ages 4 and 2 nearby on March 29.

Ryan L. Pritt, Lisbon Street, East Liverpool, was fined $350, sentenced to three days in jail and required 20 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension and failure to transfer the registration of a vehicle.

Ronald L. Handy Jr., 44, West Pershing Street, Salem, was fined $280 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension and turn signals.

Timothy B. Carey, 49, Darlington, Pa., was fined $150 and credited with seven days served in jail for falsification and open container for giving deputies false names and date of births twice during a traffic stop on Carmel Achor Road in Middleton Township in which Carey was one of the passengers.

Laron White, 37, Pittsburgh, Pa., was fined $280 for driving under suspension and speeding.

Jarred M. Knepper, Benton Road, Salem, was fined $250 and required 30 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Isaac L. Lemasters Jr., 46, Salineville Road, Salineville, was fined $250, credited with two days served, ordered to serve 56 days jail and required 30 hours community service for theft for shoplifting from Walmart on June 7.

Bradley A. Roszler, 28, East Clark Street, East Palestine, was fined $150, credited with seven days served in jail, sentenced to 83 additional days in jail and required 30 hours community service for domestic violence for grabbing Elizabeth Bland on Oct. 7.

Eric D. Jensen, 54, South Main Street, Columbiana, was fined $100 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Josie McKinley, 23, Lower Elton Road, Lisbon, was fined $100 and required 10 hours community service for wrongful entrustment.

Robert Lutman, 40, Leetonia Road, Leetonia, was fined $100 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension.

An aggravated menacing charge against Catherine E. Jarrett, 29, Union Avenue NE, Homeworth was dismissed. Jarrett was accused of threatening the girlfriend of her ex-boyfriend on April 29.

An Oct. 31 pretrial was set for George A. Burkey, 47, North Jefferson Street, Lisbon, charged with domestic violence for allegedly pushing his mother, Marjorie Burkey, into a wall on Monday.

A Nov. 15 pretrial was set for Antonio T. Torres, 28, Warren, cited with driving under a drug offense suspension.

A Nov. 29 pretrial was set for Patrick S. Haney, 24, Cleveland Street, Salem, cited with OVI first offense and marked lanes.

A Dec. 8 pretrial was set for Travis W. Lowther, 41, West State Street, Salem, cited with OVI first offense, reckless operation, hit skip, possession of marijuana and two counts of failure to control.

A Dec. 12 pretrial was set for Martin Roth III, 60, New Garden Avenue, Salem, cited with possession of marijuana, OVI first offense and tail lights violation.

A Dec. 15 pretrial was set for Richard Vecchio, 54, state Route 164, Lisbon, cited with public intoxication.

Bernard Fineman, 82, Harding Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $100 for an equipment violation amended from a stop sign violation.

Luke W. Newton, 24,  state Route 558, Leetonia, was fined $100 for speeding.
