EAST LIVERPOOL – In Municipal Court, Kevin T. White, 52, Thompson Avenue, was fined $150 and had his license suspended 180 days for possession of marijuana.

Corey S. Wilson, 19, Park Boulevard West, was fined $30 for loud/defective exhaust.

A trial was set Sept. 16 for Corey N. McQueen, 22, Youngstown, charged with left of center and expired license.

A second arraignment was scheduled Sept. 5 for John W. Wright, 58, Ryder Alley, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Pretrials were set for Chris-topher R. Steele, 27, Lisbon Street, charged with driving under suspension, Oct. 2 and for John W. Henrick, 31, Grant Street, Newell, W.Va., charged with possession of drug abuse instruments, Sept. 4.

EAST LIVERPOOL In Municipal Court Thursday, Steven J. Carman Jr., 19, Bradshaw Avenue, was fined $100, sentenced to 30 days, 28 suspended, given 20 hours of community service and placed on probation two years for prohibitions. For criminal mischief, he was fined $150.

Amy D. Moore, 37, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $200 for disorderly conduct.

Brad T. Dearth, 18, West Fourth Avenue, was fined $100, sentenced to 30 days, 28 suspended, given 20 hours of community service and placed on probation two years for prohibitions. He was fined $150 for criminal mischief.

Kimberly A. Beatty, 22, Ohio Avenue, was fined $200, sentenced to 10 jail days and had her license suspended 180 days for possession of drug abuse instruments.

A jury trial was set Sept. 18 for Moses E. Zanders, 27, Pennsylvania Avenue, charged with petty theft and obstructing official business.

Pretrials were scheduled for Scott W. Haney, 27, Boyd Street, charged with domestic violence, resisting arrest, possession of marijuana, Oct. 2 and for Keith Y. Graham, 35, Huston Avenue, domestic violence and theft, Sept. 4.

EAST LIVERPOOL In Municipal Court Wednesday, Ben R. Hipsley, 57, Clark Street, Newell, W.Va., was fined $250 and sentenced to three jail days for driving under suspension. He was fined $30 for a stop sign violation.

Elizabeth S. Price, 23, Calcutta-Smith Ferry Road, was fined $150, sentenced to 90 days, suspended, and placed on probation two years for prohibitions concerning companion animals. She was ordered to make restitution to the county dog warden of $706.50 and to surrender the dog at issue in the case. Price is also prohibited from owning or possessing companion animals during her probation period.

Joshua S. Gallimore, 26, East Liverpool Road, Lisbon, was fined $75 for driving under suspension and $30 for expired plates.

Second arraignment was scheduled Sept. 3 for James C. Craig III, 30, Florence Street, charged with OVI, second offense in six months.

Pretrial was scheduled Oct. 1 for Matthew K. Goatley, 24, Industry, Pa., charged with domestic violence.

A jury trial was set Sept. 18 for Lonnie L. Barker, 31, Spring Grove Avenue, charged with domestic violence.

EAST LIVERPOOL In Municipal Court Tuesday, Gary D. Bonnell, 66, Broadview Circle, was found guilty of failure to yield and assessed court costs only.

Christopher D. Barney, 33, Lincoln Avenue, was fined $65 for failure to control.

EAST LIVERPOOL In Municipal Court Monday, John A. McCartney, 30, Calcutta-Smith Ferry Road, was fined $50 for driving under suspension.

James M. Myers, 30, Pennsylvania Avenue, was fined $50 for speeding.

Second arraignment was scheduled Sept. 15 for Justin M. Gamble, 22, Bates Street, charged with not having required headlights and expired license plates.

EAST LIVERPOOL – In Municipal Court on Wednesday, David L. Zeigler, 31, of Richmond, was fined $100 for driving under suspension. He was fined $30 for no tail lights.

Brandon M. Byers, 21, of Oakwood Street, was fined $75 for driving under suspension.

Samantha D. Beyer, 31, of Shadylane Drive, was fined $75 for driving alone on a temporary permit.

EAST LIVERPOOL – In Municipal Court Tuesday, Randy L. Schneider, 24, of Bell School Road, was fined $701 and given 30 days in jail, 27 suspended, a six-month license suspension and two years probation for DUI. He will attend a driver intervention program for three days in lieu of jail time.

Janna J. Hall, 33, of Wyoming Avenue, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct/-intoxication. A charge of obstructing official business was dismissed.

Albert L. Chafins, 54, of McCoy Avenue, was fined $100 for passing on a double-yellow line. A charge of reckless operation dismissed.

A charge of driving under suspension against Adam H. Watkins, 29, of Aten Avenue, Wellsville, was dismissed. He cleared the Ohio BMV.

A charge of driving under suspension against David A. Barton, 27, of West State Street, Salem, was dismissed.

DaNeil U. Prentice, 22, Wedgewood Street, was given 45 days jail, to be served concurrently, on two counts of obstructing official business and one count of possession of marijuana. He also was fined $500 and had his driver’s license suspended six months for violating probation.

A jury trial was set Oct. 23 for Erika R. Carter, 25, of Liberty Avenue, Chester, W.Va., charged with DUI and a marked lanes violation.

EAST LIVERPOOL – On Friday in Municipal Court, Donald V. Weyand, 46, Mapletree Street, was fined $63 for excessive noise/smoke. Charge of driving under suspension were dismissed.

Steven E. Cunningham, 24, Sixth Street, Wellsville, was fined $30 for a seat belt violation and $92 for speeding. A charge of driving under suspension was dismissed.

An Aug. 22 arraignment was set for Roy A. Larkins, 47, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, charged with driving under suspension.

An Aug. 21 pretrial was set for Justin C. Griffith, 27, Aberdeen, Md., charged with aggravated menacing, use of a weapon while intoxicated and disorderly conduct. Bond set at $100,000 cash/surety.

An Aug. 21 pretrial was set for Timothy W. Spears, 47, West Ninth Street, charged with domestic violence. Bond set at $10,000 cash/surety. He was sentenced to three days in jail and fined $150 for no operator’s license.

A Sept. 16 trial was set for William J. Reed, 57, Hoover Street, Newell, W.Va., charged with driving under FRA suspension.

Deshon G. Pullie, 22, of Main Street, Wellsville, was sentenced to 29 days in jail for a probation violation.

Damian M. Quarterman, 27, Bradshaw Avenue, charged with driving under suspension, expired temporary tags and no brake lights, was fined a $195.

A Sept. 25 pretrial was set for Julie A. Carl, 42, Park Avenue, charged with disorderly conduct/intoxication.

Steven A. Salisberry, 51, Milbourne Avenue, charged with reckless operation, was fined $100. He was fined $50 on a speeding charge.

EAST LIVERPOOL – In Municipal Court Wednesday, Shauntrice K. Carter, 20, Meadow Road, was fined $200, sentenced to 60 days, 57 suspended, and placed on probation two years for theft.

Jasmine A. Petties, 21, Erie Street, was fined $200, sentenced to 60 days, 57 suspended, and placed on probation two years for theft.

Glenn Poole, 26, Gaddes Street, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct.

Charles M. Miller, 19, Jackman Road, Negley, was fined $65 for assured clear distance ahead.

Trial was set Aug. 19 for Jayce A. Lucas, Riverside Avenue, Wellsville, charged with open container in a motor vehicle.

Second arraignment was scheduled Sept. 8 for John Young, 60, West Fourth Street, charged with driving under suspension.

A second pretrial was scheduled Sept. 17 for Steve M. Beaver, 38, Saint George Street, charged with OVI, fleeing, failure to comply with order of a police officer and resisting arrest.

EAST LIVERPOOL – In Municipal Court Tuesday, Jason S. Darby, 31, state Route 267, was fined $250, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, and had his license suspended 180 days for reckless operation, amended from OVI. He was fined $65 for failure to control.

A possession of marijuana charge was amended to disorderly conduct against Carly J. Maltarich, 25, Westerville, who was fined $150.

A jury trial was scheduled Sept. 18 for Mark Smith III, 28, New Cumberland, W.Va., charged with OVI.

A receiving stolen property charge was dismissed against Melissa A. Manley, 31, Youngstown, and re-filed as a felony, for which a pretrial was scheduled Sept. 17.

Pretrials were scheduled for Adam H. Watkins, 29, Aten Avenue, Wellsville, charged with driving under suspension, Aug. 19; Traci C. Graham, 22, Wilbert Avenue, domestic violence, Sept. 4; Vonlie W. EAST LIVERPOOL – In Municipal Court Monday, Joseph M. Robinson, 38, Cannons Mill Road, was fined $150 for reckless operation and $65 for no turn signal. He was sentenced to seven jail days, each, for possession of drug abuse instruments and driving under suspension.

Brandon L. Shields, 19, Bell School Road, was fined $175 for speeding and driving under suspension and ordered to sit out the fines in jail two days.

Briana M. Ross, 20, Main Street, Wellsville, was fined $65 for failure to control, with a driving under suspension charge dismissed.

James R. Lewis, 43, Dairy Lane, was sentenced to seven jail days and had his license suspended 180 days for possession of drug abuse instruments, second offense.

Gregory A. Todd, 36, East Sixth Street, was sentenced to seven jail days and had his license suspended 180 days for possession of drug abuse instruments.

Paul R. Kacir, 33, Newton Falls, was fined $30 for no seat belt, with a driving under suspension charge dismissed.

Vincent J.V. Boyle, 25, Duke Road, was fined $30 for no seat belt.

Kenneth J. Fitzwater, 22, Blakely Street, was fined $30 for prohibited solicitation on a highway. He was given five hours of community service in lieu of the fine.

A preliminary hearing was set Aug. 14 for Vicky L. McConnell, 56, address un-known, charged with domestic violence; $100,000 bond set. She was ordered to have no contact with Larry McConnell. A domestic violence charge was dismissed and the case was re-filed as a felony.

A trial was scheduled Sept. 2 for Hollie C. Reese, 24, Cricket Lane, charged with driving under suspension.

Pretrials were set Sept. 11 for Robert W. Petty III, 23, Lisbon Street, charged with OVI and following too close; and for Marissa L. Hughes, 20, Fairway Road, disorderly con-duct/intoxication.

EAST LIVERPOOL – In Municipal Court, Aaron S. McDole, 35, Fairway Road, charged with driving under suspension, was fined $75.

John T. Shaw, 30, Adler Street, charged with cracked windshield, was fined $30.

An Aug. 14 pretrial was set for Herbert J. Jones, 27, Midland, Pa., charged with receiving stolen property, possession of a drug abuse instrument and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A second arraignment was scheduled for Sept. 10 for Richard T. Mann, 59, East Liverpool charged with OVI and interference with a wildlife officer’s orders.

A second arraignment was set for Sept. 11 for Kelly A. Lowe, 38, Ohio Avenue, charged with OVI and wrong way driver.

A second arraignment was set for Aug. 15 for Joseph M Koffel, 20, Ohio Avenue, charged with theft.

A second arraignment was set for Aug. 15 for Thomas C. Joy, 20, College Street, charged with theft.

EAST LIVERPOOL – In East Liverpool Municipal Court Thursday, Shayne M. Welling, 19, Chester, was fined $380 for possession of drug paraphernalia, expired temporary tags, driving under suspension and wrongful entrustment.

Pretrials were set Aug. 14 for Jason D. Wallace, 37, Etruria Street,charged with domestic violence, using a weapons while intoxicated and obstruction of official business; and Jason E. Tice, 37, 8th Street, charged with drug paraphernalia and obstructing official business.

EAST LIVERPOOL – In Municipal Court Wednesday, Clifford C. Smith, 39, Dale Street, was fined $1,050, sentenced to 180 days, 152 suspended, and placed on probation three years for OVI, second offense, which was amended from a third offense OVI. He was fined $30, each, for speeding and no seat belt.

Early D. Simko, 19, Pennsylvania Avenue, was fined $150 and had his license suspended 180 days for possession of marijuana. He was fined $30 for no turn signal.

Cindy Woods, 44, Jewett, was fined $100 for failure to file state income tax returns and was assessed court costs of $82 for a second count of failure to file state income tax returns. This was for her business Zatta’s.

Robert J. McKay, 44, Oak Street, Chester, W.Va., was fined $50 for expired license.

A trial was scheduled Aug. 20 for Blake W. Kazee, 30, Samuel Street, charged with possession of marijuana.

Appearing on a fugitive from justice charge, Lisa A. Keener, aka Ingram, Echo Dell Road, was ordered returned to West Virginia, where she is wanted for fraudulent schemes, conspiracy and failure to appear. She had a pretrial set in Municipal Court Aug. 14 on charges of receiving stolen property and theft.

Pretrials were scheduled Sept. 11 for Garrett L. Speelman, 19, Martha Street, charged with OVI and failure to control and for Kurt D. Dehaven, 54, Michigan Avenue, charged with petty theft.

EAST LIVERPOOL – In Municipal Court Tuesday, Charles A. Marshall Jr., Calcutta-Smith Ferry Road, was fined $30 for operating an unsafe vehicle. A charge of improper display was dismissed.

A pretrial was scheduled Sept. 11 for Kevin S. Frazier, 32, Sophia Street, charged with possession of drug abuse instruments and driving under suspension.

A case was set for disposition Sept. 10 for Francis McCoy, 63, St. Clair Avenue, charged with failure to file city income tax return, who is awaiting documents from the Internal Revenue Service.

Shawn P. Cunningham, 26, Lincoln Avenue, was sentenced to 40 jail days, each, on charges of possession of drug abuse instruments and criminal mischief.

An expired license charge was dismissed against David M. Kane, 29, West Ninth Street.

Pretrials were scheduled for Robert L. Adams, 38, Irish Ridge Road, charged with violating a protection order, Aug. 14; Lorraine M. Constantine, 38, Midland, Pa., theft, possession of criminal tools, Sept. 4; and Keith Y. Graham, 35, North Shady Lane, petty theft, Sept. 4.

A theft charge was dismissed against Donald C. Nesselrode, 47, West Ninth Street.

Second arraignments were scheduled for Briana M. Ross, 20, Main Street, Wellsville, charged with driving under suspension and failure to control, Aug. 11; Donald V. Shelly Coil, 31, Michigan Avenue, was fined $100, sentenced to 90 days, suspended, and placed on probation two years, each, on charges of domestic violence and assault.

Stacie L. Saracco, 24, 18th Street, Wellsville, was fined $150, sentenced to 90 days, suspended, and placed on probation two years for receiving stolen property.

Jajuan A. McKeithen, 39, Lincoln Avenue, was fined $250, sentenced to 180 days, 90 suspended, and placed on probation two years for assault. He was fined $200, sentenced to 9 0days, 60 suspended, and placed on probation two years for resisting arrest. A charge of obstructing official business was dismissed.

Bradley E. Roberts, 52, Carolina Avenue, Chester, W.Va., was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, 26 suspended, and placed on probation two years for receiving stolen property.

Michael L. Savors, 34, Harvey Avenue, was fined $250, sentenced to 180 days, 120 suspended, and placed on probation two years for arson. For possession of drug abuse instruments, he was fined $150, sentenced to 90 days, 80 suspended, had his license suspended 180 days and was placed on probation two years.

Christopher M. Swartz, 34, no address listed, was fined $75 for driving under suspension and $50 for speeding.

Floyd W. Brooks, 51, Jackson Street, was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, and placed on probation two years for possession of criminal tools.

A charge of receiving stolen property was dismissed against Michael K. Leek, 26, Lisbon Street.

A storage of tires citation was dismissed against Amanda Talbert, 24, Ambrose Avenue.

Pretrial was set Aug. 28 for Amy D. Moore, 37, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, charged with disorderly conduct.
