EAST LIVERPOOL – In Municipal Court Tuesday, Christian M. Bell, 18, First Street, was fined $100, sentenced to 90 days, suspended, and placed on probation two years for petty theft.

Jena K. Whittington, 21, 18th Street Heights, Wellsville, was fined $100 and had her license suspended 180 days for possession of marijuana.

An assault charge was dismissed against Andrew D. Hadley, 20, Rhovanian Drive.

Taylor S. Collins, 61, state Route 45, Wellsville, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.

Joshua J. Morris-Revelant, 27, Morton Street, was fined $100 for speeding and $75 for driving under suspension.

A charge of failure to stop was amended to no tail lights against Gregg A. Harding, 46, Fisher Avenue, who was fined $50.

Rebecca Quinn, 46, College Street, was fined $50 for a parental responsibility charge.

Pretrials were scheduled for Natalie M. Ice, 42, Fawcett Street, charged with driving under suspension and possession of marijuana, July 24; Tracy R. Douds, 36, Clark Street, possession of drug abuse instruments, July 3; David L. Anderson, 32, Main Street, Wellsville, criminal trespass, July 3; and Amber M. Haney, 24, Lincoln Avenue, June 26.

EAST LIVERPOOL In Municipal Court Friday, Linda L. Conrad, 56, Saint George Street, was fined $125 for wrongful entrustment.

Melinda K. Christy, 36, Wood Alley, was fined $125 for wrongful entrustment.

Patrick E. Love, 53, Vernia Street, was fined $75 for a parental responsibility charge, second offense.

Dameon V. Lovett, 33, Needham Street, was fined $75 for driving under suspension and $30 for no turn signal.

Justina M. Desarro, 24, Curry Street, appeared on a fugitive from justice charge and was ordered extradited to West Virginia. She had been taken into custody at the Vista Motel on an outstanding warrant.

Albert H. Sheffey, 30, Newell, W.Va., was fined $75 for driving under suspension.

Glenn E. Collins III, 32, McKinnon Avenue, was fined $75 for driving under suspension and $70 for speeding.

A second arraignment was scheduled July 18 for Jason M. Zanders, 35, Monroe Street, charged with driving under suspension and no turn signal.

EAST LIVERPOOL In Municipal Court Wednesday, Robert L. Byrd Jr., 33, Harker Avenue, was fined $150 and had his license suspended 180 days for possession of marijuana.

Robert M. Adkins, 52, Boring Lane, was found guilty but not fined for being an intoxicated pedestrian on the roadway.

Tina M. Travis, 38, Echo Dell Road, was fined $50 for expired license.

Bobbi Jo McKenzie, 31, Fairview Street, was fined $30 for no seat belt.

A pretrial was scheduled June 19 for Kenneth P. Swoger, 55, East Fourth Street, charged with telephone harassment.

A pretrial was scheduled July 17 for Tiffany G. Walls, 33, Dunn Road, charged with OVI, failure to control and driving under suspension.

EAST LIVERPOOL – In Municipal Court Monday, Robert R. Plunkett, 24, Holliday Street, was fined $200, given 30 days, 20 suspended, and two years probation for menacing.

John A. Tukes, 43, Laurel Lane, was fined $475, given 30 days, 27 suspended, had his license suspended 180 days and was placed on probation two years for OVI. For driving under suspension, he was fined $75 and for failure to control, he was fined $65.

Alexandria S. Smith, 19, state Route 45, Lisbon, was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, 28 suspended, and placed on probation two years for theft. A charge of possession of criminal tools was dismissed.

Timothy A. Gault, 32, Holliday Street, was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, 29 suspended, and placed on probation two years for menacing. He was fined $125 for no operator’s license and $100 for reckless operation.

James G. Sherrer, 28, New Brighton, Pa., was fined $35 for a one-way street violation.

A trial was set June 28 for Julius D. Ruffin, 35, Lorain, charged with driving left of center.

Pretrials were scheduled June 12 for Scott B. Ingram, 34, Wedgewood Street, charged with domestic violence and for JaJuan A. McKeithen, 39, Norton Street, charged with assault, resisting arrest and obstructing official business.

A second arraignment was scheduled July 8 for Jason D. Rowland, 38, Chester, W.Va., charged with possession of drug abuse instruments and possession of drug paraphernalia.

EAST LIVERPOOL – In Municipal Court Thursday, Brian K. Johnston, 41, homeless, was bound over to Common Pleas Court on charges of robbery and receiving stolen property. He is accused of robbing the Glenmoor Home Savings and Loan and also stealing the truck he used in commission of the crime. Johnston was fined $100 for no operator’s license, while a charge of no front plate was dismissed.

Karen White, aka Temple, 70, Grant Street, Lisbon, was fined $150, sentenced to 90 days, suspended, and placed on probation two years for interfering with custody. She was ordered to have no contact with Lacey White.

Chelsea R. Baker, 23, Ferry Road, Chester, W.Va., was fined $250, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, and placed on probation two years for driving under suspension. She was fined $100 and had her license suspended 180 days for possession of marijuana. She was fined $30 for a stop sign violation.

Bristen Z. Lavant, 18, Martin Street, was fined $200, sentenced to 180 days, 120 suspended, and placed on probation two years for assault. For resisting arrest, he was fined $150 and sentenced to 60 days. A charge of obstructing official business was dismissed.

EAST LIVERPOOL – In Municipal Court Wednesday, a status hearing was set July 30 and a jury trial Aug. 7 for Lonnie Barker, 31, Spring Grove Avenue, charged with domestic violence and possessing weapons under disability.

Joseph A. Kelly, 30, Williams Avenue, was fined $50 for disorderly conduct.

A pretrial was set June 12 for Kenneth P. Swoger, 55, 4th Street, charged with making false alarms and disorderly conduct.

A pretrial was set June 26 for Scott E. Kopras, 22, Bradshaw Avenue, charged with domestic violence.

EAST LIVERPOOL- The man accused of robbing the Home Savings and Loan in Glenmoor appeared before Municipal Court Judge Melissa Byers Emmerling Monday.

A preliminary hearing was set June 5 for Brian K. Johnston, 41, homeless, who is charged with robbery. His $100,000 cash/surety bond was continued.

Jacob S. Lowther, 20, homeless, was sentenced to two jail days for criminal trespass.

Bryan P. Malone, 25, Grimm’s Bridge Road, was fined $150 and sentenced to 30 days for petty theft, with a charge of possession of criminal tools dismissed.

Tiffany G. Walls, 33, Dunn Road, was fined $38 for driving under suspension.

Jennifer L. Boyle, 20, Ephraim Street, was fined $75 for driving under suspension and $35 for failure to stop.

Second arraignments were scheduled for Justin M. Willison, 27, Calcutta-Smith Ferry Road, charged with driving under suspension and no seat belt, June 20 and for Amanda N. Ferrebee, 26, Gardendale Street, charged with speeding, July 7.

A pretrial was scheduled June 5 for Bristen Z. Lavant, 18, Martin Street, charged with assault, resisting arrest and obstructing official business, with bond set at $75,000.
