Tarrah Dawson marries Jordan Waterfill
EAST LIVERPOOL – Tarrah Dawson and Jordan Waterfill were united in marriage on July 20 at Boyce United Methodist Church in East Liverpool.
The bride is the daughter of Pastor Rick and Dona Dawson, Sycamore.
The groom is the son of Pastor Mark and Mary Blakeley, East Liverpool; and David and Elizabeth Waterfill, Kentucky.
The couple’s fathers officiated the 3:30 p.m. double ring ceremony.
Escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore a strapless ball gown featuring a fitted bodice, detailed in silver stoning, with a deep sweetheart neckline and a shallow scoop open back. The waist band was embellished with intricate embroidery and Swarovski crystals. She carried a bouquet of brooches given to her from family and friends.
Rachel Cornelson, Kentucky, served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Taylar Jordan, cousin of bride; and Brittney Dysert, both of East Liverpool. Junior bridesmaid was Gracie Murray, cousin of bride; and flower girl was Megan Moser, cousin of groom, both of East Liverpool.
Serving his brother as best man was Joshua Blakeley, East Liverpool. Groomsmen were Tyler Murray, cousin of the bride, East Liverpool; and Matt Varian, Youngstown. Junior groomsman was Brandon Blakeley, cousin of groom; and ring bearers were Grant Wright and Owen Davis, cousins of the bride, all of East Liverpool.
A reception immediately followed at St. Jude’s Hall in Columbiana. The rehearsal dinner was held the Blakeley’s home.
The bride is a 2006 graduate of Wynford High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in social work from Asbury College in 2011. She is currently studying nursing at J.D. Rockefeller IV Career Center.
The groom is a 2008 graduate of the East Liverpool Christian School. He studied welding at Lincoln Electric in Cleveland, and pipe fitting in Cambridge. He is currently a member and working out of local union 495.
The couple reside in East Liverpool.
