Emily McArthur marries Jarrod Taylor
HOMEWORTH – Emily McArthur became the bride of Jarrod “Bubba” Taylor, on July 12 at Middle Sandy Presbyterian Church in Homeworth.
The bride is the daughter of Dennis and Carol McArthur, Salem.
The groom is the son of Paul and Doreen Taylor, Salem.
Pastor Robert Rowley officiated the double ring ceremony.
The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents.
Matrons of honor were the sisters of the bride, Amanda Medure and Sarah Andrea, both of Salem. Bridesmaids were Jenna Page, Genna Kim, Britney Nannah, Ashley Bergman, and Jennifer McArthur, sister-in-law of bride. Flower girls were Brynn and Claire Medure, nieces of the bride.
Serving their brother as best men were Zack Taylor, Salem; and Shane Taylor, Imperial, Pa. Groomsmen were Brian Taylor, Jonas Fortune, cousins of groom; Anthony McCallister, Matt Mowery, and Josh McArthur, brother to bride. Ring bearers were Luke Hicks, Jase Medure, Maddox Andrea, Jude Andrea, Landon McArthur, nephews of the bride
A reception for 280 guests followed at Brookside Farms in Louisville.
After a honeymoon to Barbados, the couple resides in New Albany.
A rehearsal dinner was held at the Quarry Golf Club in East Canton.
