Tamara Dorris marries Joseph Ammon

CALCUTTA – Tamara S. Dorris married Joseph T. Ammon on July 13, at the Conservatory Garden in New York, N.Y.

The bride is the daughter of Troy and Betty Dorris, Calcutta.

The groom is the son of David and Becky Ammon, Glenmoor.

Angela Smith, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Shannon Horner and Katrina Dorris, sisters of the bride.

Serving as best man was Benjamin Ammon, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Justis Estell and David Smith, brother-in-law of the bride.

A formal dinner reception followed at Colicchio and Son’s Restaurant in Chelsea, N.Y.

The bride is a 2007 graduate of Beaver Local High School and Kent State University. She is a registered nurse at Greenwich Hospital in Connecticut.

The groom is also a 2007 graduate of Beaver Local. He graduated from Case Western Reserve University and is currently employed at Deloitte and Touche in Manhattan in the firm’s mergers and acquisitions group.

The couple currently reside in Manhattan, N.Y.
