Room painted, but it wasn’t art
GLENMOOR – It appears as if vandals used a cafeteria window to gain entry into American Spirit Academy earlier this week, and, once inside painted graffiti on one of the classroom walls.
According to St. Clair Township police reports, the school reported the breaking-and-entering around 11:30 a.m. Monday, and speculated the crime took place sometime after 8 p.m. Sunday.
The report states surveillance video taken from inside the facility shows two male subjects walking through the school. The two reportedly entered the art classroom and painted a male body part on the wall, the report reads.
According to police, an inventory of the school was pending. No further information – as to any additional damage or a description of the individuals – was reported.
