LISBON — Residents will now be saving 2% off of the adder on their natural gas bills after the Lisbon Village Council approved a natural gas aggregation program with Trebel Aggregation Tuesday. “It’s a guaranteed savings,” Larry Taylor, of the Columbus-based division of Trebel Energy, said.
